Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, TRN, shipment, invoice, and delivery information.
• Ensure goods are lawful, accurately declared, and not prohibited or restricted.
• Pay all freight, customs, taxes, storage, delivery, and service charges when due.

Service Limits

Shipping timelines, customs classifications, inspections, carrier events, and final government assessments may vary. ShipRight may request more information before releasing, clearing, or delivering cargo.
