How to avoid paying customs duty on my package?
To avoid paying customs duty on your package it is best to keep the price under $50. Customs fees may be charged on packages that value $50 and over.

How long will my package take to arrive?
Packages that arrive to our warehouse Monday to Wednesday will be available for pick up on Saturday
Packages that arrive to our warehouse Thursday to Saturday will be available for pick up on Tuesday

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturdays 10am - 4pm

Can i send items of any size?
Yes. We specialize in air and sea freight. Larger items such as stores, refridgerators and large boxes with items can be sent to our warehouse and sent to Jamaica via sea.

Do i have to provide an invoice for my package?
Yes. Invoices have to be used to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country.
